Yonder Travel Services Terms & Conditions

Yonder Travel via the Yonder App
1. Yonder Travel allows Yonder members to book travel services (for example, flights or hotel accommodation) (the Travel Services) provided by independent third-party travel partners (the Travel Partners) via the Yonder App. Yonder members can do this by placing an order (Order).
2. When placing an Order, you enter into a direct contract with the Travel Partner who is offering the Travel Service. Where you buy multiple tickets in one Order, these tickets represent separate contracts.
Travel Services T&Cs
3. All Travel Services are subject to the terms and conditions (T&Cs) of the relevant Travel Partner. Please take your time to read and understand these before placing your Order. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must ensure that they accept the T&Cs, or you have authority to accept the T&Cs on their behalf. By completing the Order, you confirm acceptance of the T&Cs for all travellers.
Responsibility for providing the Travel Services
4. At all times, the relevant Travel Partner is responsible for providing the Travel Service to you. Yonder is not responsible for the provision of the Travel Services or the terms upon which they are offered. Yonder is also not responsible for any default, defect, delay or failure in any supply of the Travel Services by any Travel Partner or for any losses suffered or incurred by any traveler (directly or indirectly) as a result of any act or omission of the Travel Partner. We make no representation, warranty or commitment and shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever in relation to the Travel Partners, Travel Services and Orders (including information about the Travel Services, the actual provision of the Travel Services, and/or for the insolvency of the Travel Partner).
Changes to a Travel Service by You
5. Any changes or cancellations to an Order can only be accepted in accordance with the Travel Service T&Cs, applicable travel regulations and/or any other rules stipulated by the Travel Partners, who may charge a void, change or cancellation fee.

6. We’ll let you know of any changes or cancellations made to an Order as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of such change or cancellation. As an agent, we accept no liability for any changes or cancellations made by the Travel Partner; however we shall use our best efforts to support you to resolve these changes or cancellations. If, as part of any such changed or cancelled Order, the Travel Partner offers alternative arrangements or a refund, you must let us know whether you wish to accept the alternative arrangements within the timeframe stipulated by the relevant Travel Partner.

Data Privacy
8. Yonder, including through Yonder Travel, collects uses and discloses personal data from or about you as set out in our Privacy Notice.
9. In order to provide you with Yonder Travel, we also share your personal data with the relevant Travel Partner(s). These Travel Partners will process your personal data in accordance with their own privacy practices and processes.
