Guests especially love being by the lake, where they may swim, boat or simply enjoy the view. Being in the heart of wine country, many guests go wine tasting. We offer discount tasting passes for some of them. Guests often attend major concerts at the renowned Ste Michelle. They also visit local breweries, various restaurants, shops, and parks. We are in a country setting, but Seattle with the Space Needle and other big city sights are easily accessible. Excursions into the countryside lead to small towns or nearby places like Snoqualmie Falls or TreeHouse Point. Local hiking and biking trails are close by as well. Guests stay here for the enjoyment, peace, and romance from one night to several weeks, occasionally taking day trips around the state to Mt. Rainier or Lake Chelan. They often use the hot tub, kayaks, fire pit under the gazebo, bonfire pit, upper and lower decks, dock for swimming or fishing, and lounge chairs for relaxing. Inside they watch movies, listen to music or peruse the library. Some stroll the property to enjoy the landscaping, walk around the quiet neighborhood on our dead-end street or hike the forest trails forests a few miles away. This suite of four rooms has a broad view of the lake, facing the sunrise. It is warm and cozy with wood tones in the den and soft yellows in the bedroom, bathroom, and office. The outdoor hot tub is by the private entrance perched above the water. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, two soft robes and slippers, a Keurig coffee maker and a cushioned electronic massage machine. The den has two cushy chairs, couch, cable TV, CD and DVD players, a table for dining, and a wide array of books. The full guest bathroom has a hairdryer, toiletries, and extra towels. An office is available for guests needing space for work or WiFi. A substantial continental breakfast is served indoors or out between 7-10 am at the request of the guests.
