| Payee | The person you are intending to pay. |
| Wallet | Your electronic money account. |
| Terms | Terms and conditions that form an independent legal agreement between you and TPML in respect of your Wallet and your Yonder Debit Card. |
| Third Party Service Provider (TPP) | A service provider that's authorised by or registered with any European Economic Area (EEA) regulatory or otherwise permitted by law to access your account information |
| Transaction | A payment you make with your Yonder Debit Card. |
| Transact Payments Malta Limited (TPML) | TPML is a private limited liability company, incorporated and registered in Malta with company number C 91879 and registered office of Vault 14, Level 2, Valletta Waterfront, Floriana, FRN 1914, Malta, and which is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority as an electronic money institution. |
| Verification of Payee | A service provided to you to help reduce fraud and misdirected payments. This service checks whether the name provided by you as a payer matches the account details before a payment is authorised. |
| Yonder | Yonder is a private limited liability company incorporated in the Netherlands with KvK number 98050702 and whose registered office is at Herengracht 450, 1017 CA Amsterdam. |
