- Your claim must be made within 30 days of the issue happening
- You’ll only be covered for travel and accommodation expenses that were paid with your Yonder card
- You won’t be covered if travelling against the advice of a medical practitioner
- You also won’t be covered if making a claim about a pre-existing medical condition
- Your trip must start and finish in The Netherlands within 60 consecutive days, with a maximum of 180 travel days in any 12-month period
- You won’t be covered for car rental excess with rental agreements lasting longer than 31 consecutive days
