After building something a little different in the UK, Yonder is officially launching in The Netherlands. Same rewards philosophy. New streets, new spots, new community. This is our first step into Europe, and we’re starting exactly how we like to. With locals, not assumptions.
A quick rewind
Yonder started with a pretty simple frustration. Spending money should feel… better. Less points-for-points’-sake. More real value, right when you want it.
So we built a rewards card that swaps generic cashback for things people actually enjoy. Great food. Good travel. Local experiences worth leaving the house for. It worked.
In the UK, that idea grew into a community of over 70,000 members and thousands of partner brands. From everyday favourites to global names like Apple and Uber. Now we’re bringing that same thinking across the Channel.
It’s led by our three founders, Tim Chong (CEO), Theso Jivajirajah (CRO) and Harry Jell (CTO), who started Yonder to challenge outdated credit rules and build rewards that feel genuinely worth it, and who are still hands-on as we expand into Europe. Big on travel, food and getting outside. Even bigger on building something better.

What we’re launching with
We’re kicking things off in the Netherlands with two debit cards:
Free Debit
A clean, simple way to earn rewards as you spend. No monthly fee. No strings.
Full Debit
Everything above, plus faster points earning and access to more of what makes Yonder… Yonder (like Flights and Travel insurance).
Both are built for everyday spending. Both turn your normal purchases into something a bit more rewarding. Neither require you to change how you live your life (or remember fourteen different loyalty schemes).
We’ll share more as we get closer to launch. Consider this the trailer.
Built locally, not copy-pasted
Launching in a new country isn’t about exporting a finished product and hoping for the best. We’re starting with a waitlist and opening things up to founding members first.
Why? Because we want to build this with the community, not just for it.
Founding members will help us test, tweak and refine everything from product market fit to partners. If something feels off, we’ll know. If something really lands, we’ll double down.
That’s how Yonder has always worked.
Meet our first hire in the Netherlands
To lead our first international launch, we’ve brought in Nicolas van Dijk.

Nicolas joins Yonder with serious go-to-market experience and a strong feel for building brands that last. He’s a partner at MANI, a natural, refreshing drinks brand with bold flavours and big ambition, and previously led growth at Pineut.
Across D2C, D2B, retail and omni-channel, he’s helped scale products by focusing on product-market fit and long-term brand equity (the good stuff, not just short-term noise).
Most importantly, he’s excited to help bring a new way to experience rewards to the Netherlands. We are too.
Calling local brands
Yonder only works if the rewards are genuinely worth it. That means working with brilliant local brands who want more than just logo placement.
If you’re a brand looking to engage a new community, drive real sales and build something longer-term, we’d love to talk. Seriously. Hit us up.
What’s next
Right now, we’re opening the waitlist.
Join to get first access to our new rewards debit card, built for locals like you. Founding members will be first through the door, helping shape what Yonder becomes in The Netherlands.
Europe, we’re just getting started.
